'Early Childhood Education' is designed to guide the future teachers with the policies and procedures, theoretical and practical knowledge, behavior and skills they require to perform as effective and efficient teachers in the classroom.

This course introduces the trainees to relevant theories of child development, teaching skills, effective implementation of the curriculum. The course also provides opportunities to develop skills such as confidence, resourcefulness, alertness etc.

Course Study

Our E.C.E course is built on an understanding that the child is an active learner as well as a keen observer to all the events in the environment.

The course provides a platform to understand the process of growth and progress of children in the domains of development, range and variations in patterns of development.

Modules

The modules represent a comprehensive learning of the fundamentals of child development and effective teaching skills.

They will enable the teacher to create a stimulating environment that facilitates holistic development of the child.

Placement Guidance

Most of the students who pass out from ECDRO will find immediate employment, on their own, either in our Brainworks centres or where they intern or in schools in their home towns.

The demand for Preschool trained teachers is large and even ordinary schools prefer to take Trained and Qualified teachers for their pre-school division
